Knowledge Graphs for next-generation Health Science applications

A research project on Artificial Intelligence in the e-health domain between Picuslab-DIETI and Oracle Corporation, witnessed by a recent article on FORTUNE ITALIA and a post on LinkedIn by Oracle itself, has produced some very interesting first experimental results (in the phase of publication) on a dataset of medical records in Italian with the automatic generation of a "knowledge graph" from an unstructured text (diagnosis and reporting) relating to cardiological diseases capable of answering the most disparate questions of doctors and patients (eg. most common symptoms of a pathology, which is the most suitable drug therapy based on the patient's history, etc.) on the basis of "data", in accordance with the modern applications of precision medicine. (see more details at link)

The collaboration goes on with Oracle's Zurich research laboratories and will hopefully lead to even more important results. Antonio Picariello I hope that even this news can make you more and more proud of us.
