Introduction

In recent years, the integration of biomedical data (e.g omics and multimedia bioimages) represents a silver bullet to give a comprehensive view of a specific diseases. Starting from integrated data it is possible to design and implement novel techniques for precision medicine based on big data and artificial intelligence.
